Appropriate Age For Marriage

Following things should be considered in the context of marriage and Nikkah. The best marriage age for woman is between 20-25 years. During this age she can give birth to healthier babies. The best age for man is between 25-27 years. Even 30 years of age is also considered good. It is better if the bride would be younger than groom at the time of marriage. Due to pregnancy and giving birth to the children, the physique of the women declines soon and her attraction sets down. If she would be younger than her physical attraction would last longer. In common with, woman gets mature mentally and physically much earlier than man. Therefore, the woman's age must not be more than man.

Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH forbidden to send proposals of marriage upon another proposal. Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar R.A. narrated that Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH has said, " Don't send any one among you, the proposal of marriage to the woman if any other of your Muslim brother has already send his proposal to her".

Hazrat Abu Huraira R.A. narrated that Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH has said, "No one among you should do engagement with the already engaged women of your Muslim brother un till the first sender either do marriage with that woman or quit his dialogues of Nikkah with her.

Intercourse In Islam

Intercourse is the basis of marriage. Unfortunately, in our society, people don't know much about it. Majority of men even are un-aware about the part of female body i.e. vagina where intercourse is being done. You would be surprised to know that majority of married men also don't know about vagina and they use to do intercourse with approximation. Therefore, more often, the husband attempting for intercourse, discharges prior to that. At that time he gets embarrassed and his wife gets physical and mental torture. It is therefore, required by the husband that he must have the knowledge about the important organs of female body especially the sexual organs of his wife during the initial phase of marriage.

According to the Islam intercourse with wife is the deed of virtue and arpan, and both of husband and wife are awarded with merits due to this act. This activity is never be bad and disliked. As Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH said, "Doing intercourse with wife is arpan"

The companions of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH asked, "O Holy Prophet PBUH! When we do intercourse to fulfill our concupiscence then why we are being awarded with merits". Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH replied, "What about those who fulfill their desires via un-lawful manner? Wouldn't it be a sin? Definitely yes! Therefore, if any one furnishes his concupiscence via lawful manner, Allah will provide him with merits and rewards" (Muslim). "And if the wife will not co-operate him then she would be an offender" (Bukhari).

Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH has forbidden discussing the deeds of intercourse with wife in front of any other person. Hazrat Abu Saeed Khadri R.A. narrated that Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH has said, "At Dooms day, one would be worst in the eyes of Allah, who has breached the hidden deeds of copulation with wife among other people" (Bukhari)

Sex and Male Health

1. Intercourse or copulation is basically a team work that requires co-operation of both husband and wife. Husband is much responsible in this act. If any one of both does not co-operate then the intercourse will not provide pleasure
2. It is thought that intercourse if done frequently would be harmful for health. However; latest research proved this myth absolutely wrong. It revealed that it is useful for health. According to the research published in British Medical Journal in 1997, those men who use to do frequent intercourse have got prolonged life span. Those men who use to do intercourse twice in a week have 50% less risk of death. Research also revealed that regular intercourse is equally beneficial for both husband and wife.  By virtue of it, sexual hormone, testosterone reaches its peak level which is beneficial and necessary for sexual desire and erection of penis. Also with it, men feel him sexually stronger and self-confident. Those who use to do intercourse regularly will get ability to continue this act even in the extreme age of their life. Sexual intercourse on regular basis also prevents cancer of urinary bladder and prostate. It also prevents the development of hernia.
